1860
The Passionist foundation began in Dunkirk, New York in 1860. Passionists departed in 1972. Passionists staffed Holy Cross Preparatory Seminary on Lake Erie, Dunkirk, New York from 1920 till 1968
1865
The Passionist foundation began in Baltimore, Maryland in 1865 till the religious community departed in the mid-1980s. Saint Joseph’s Spiritual Center offered retreats from the 1960 till early 1980s The Archdiocese of Baltimore continues to staff St. Joseph’s Monastery Parish.
1908
The Passionist foundation began in Brighton, Massachusetts in 1908 and ceased in the mid-1990s. The Passionist ministry on Shelter Island, New York began in 1911 and concluded in 2008.
1922
The Passionist foundation in West Springfield, Massachusetts began in 1922 and ended in 1993. The Calvary Monastery and Retreat House in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts operated from 1960 till 2008.
1925
The Passionist foundation began in West Hoboken, New Jersey, 1861. West Hoboken became Union City, New Jersey in 1925. Passionists ministry at St. Michael’s Monastery and Church continued there until 1981.
1965
Passionists began their ministry in Riverdale, New York in 1924. The Passionist Spiritual Center was built in 1965 and closed in 2011.
