Fr. Enzo DelBrocco, C.P.

Fr. Enzo was born in Pittsburgh and after spending his childhood in the USA he moved to Italy with his family. He became a Passionist in 1991 and was ordained Priest in 1996. He holds a Licentiate in Moral Theology, a Master Degree in Human Resources, a Certification in Catholic Bioethics and has a PhD in Healthcare Ethics. 
 
He has held various positions of leadership within the Passionist order in Italy (vocation director, formator, secretary to the Superior General and Provincial Superior) and is currently a member of the Provincial Council in the USA. 
Fr. Enzo has traveled to numerous countries and is fluent in six languages. He is a well-known preacher and has preached several retreats and given workshops in different countries. 
 
During his time as Provincial Superior in Italy, he worked with the community of S. Egidio in one of the peripheries of Naples, ministering to the poor, the disabled and marginalized. He has worked for 6 years in Haiti with the marginalized youth in the slum of Cite Soleil, as a hospital chaplain and doing pastoral outreach towards the remote areas of the country affected by the Hurricane in 2016.
 
During the COVID-19 pandemic he worked as a chaplain at the St. Vincent de Paul Nursing home in the Bronx and since 2021 he is an Assistant in the Parish of Our Saviour in Manhattan where he also collaborates with the Community of Sant'Egidio assisting the homeless.
He continues to be an advocate for Haiti and is currently a Professor of Social Ethics at CTU Chicago.
